Shipping Policy

🌍 Order Processing

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our site when available.

✈️ International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees or their timing.

🕒 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within a few days of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at curasioco@gmail.com.

📭 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking status.
If it appears lost in transit or delayed beyond reasonable time, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help locate it or arrange a replacement when possible.

Please note: once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

❗ Order Changes or Address Corrections

If you need to change or update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at curasioco@gmail.com.
After that window, we may not be able to modify your shipment details.

💙 Curasio Return & Refund Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Curasio purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

🌿 How Returns Work

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply email us at curasioco@gmail.com.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions for sending your item back.
Please note: items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us right away so we can make it right. We’ll take care of you quickly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

A few types of items can’t be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (like beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we’ll gladly check for you.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different color or product? The fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The product must still be unused and in its original condition.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to post it.
